If you like a girl get to know her better and when the time is right ask her out.
I'm not going to go into detail there because it's has to be your feelings and emotions that dictate how this happens.

If you realise your gay or bi further down the line then that is perfectly normal. (However likely or unlikely this is for you, I can't measure with the amount of information you have given) but you just need to try and be honest and it makes things simpler if things get complicated.

Steps in asking a girl out:

1. Acquaint with her - smile and wave when you see her

2. Be her friend - talk to her openly

3. Be a little more than a friend - be there for her when she is sad and make her laugh

4. Ask her out
