well, all studies say that 90-95% of all males masturbate....so that would mean that there are some that don't.....I personally don't know any that don't, but it is possible.....

There are definitely some boys out there who don't masturbate. It is up to them to decide when is the best time to start. Everyone is different. There are some people who start fairly early at age 10 or 11. On the other hand, some people don't start til they're about 14, 15 or 16. It really doesn't matter when someone starts

I'm sure there are some, but I'd say the majority of guys do. Most of the time I'd say if a guy says he doesn't jerk off, then he is lying. Simply because it's just so natural for guys to do. But I'm sure there is a small, small amount of guys who don't do it. I find it odd that they wouldn't, but whatever. hahaha

There's some guys who have Christian parents who make their life hell - At college there are two I know. They do it outside cos if they're caught by their parents they get strapped (beaten with a leather belt). There was one at Grammar School who had a problem with his weenie - the foreskin was too tight - so he had an operation to remove the foreskin (circumcision). :(

There are guys who don't, but i'd say like 95-99% of teen guys masturbate, because of all the raging hormones and horniness during puberty, after puberty though, all of that settles down.
