Squidgy nipples

Im 15 and in the middle. Of puberty. I've notched for a while now that my nipples are a bit soft, smooth and are easy to press in

Is this normal
Does this happen to you
Why does this happen

If that's not normal then it's probably just puberty developing them. For a while, my nipples hurt when pressed but now they're normal. So it might just be a stage as well :)
