well from what I've read and seen all guys have one testicle lower than the other....its nature's way of protecting them I guess...since if they were equal you could crush them together much more

Yes, one its always lower than the other. If you mean that one sags normally while the other is close to you, even when warm, it may be an undecended testicle. For this you may want to see a doctor.
