I recently noticed that the size of my testicles has been decreasing. I also have a decreased urge to J/O. What went wrong?

Well as for the size of your testicles decreasing, that can't be true, your balls and/or ballsack may just be shriveling up a lot, because of the temperatures of the fall/autumn season.

Also you probably don't feel the need to J/O as much because you are probably in the late stages of puberty where the raging hormones start to die down, and you become less horny. I don't know your age, but I think that's the case.
