I really enjoy feeling pain while pleasuring myself. I don't just mean a bit of pain, either - I mean things that would likely leave marks if I wasn't very careful. I've even tried cutting myself (not in a self mutilation way, it was purely for sexual pleasure) before, but I'm too afraid of scars to do so anymore. Not only this, but it can also make you very prone to infection, the places where you gain pleasure are usually places with very thin skin, and they aren't meant to be used as a masochistic way of pleasure. There's a difference between what you're doing/thinking of doing and being rough with yourself. If that's what you like, there's nothing stopping you, you just have to be careful.

I am the exact same way and yes I am a masochist. Im not exactly proud of it but im not ashamed and you shouldnt be either. If this is what you like then go for it. As long as you are safe and not taking things too far that will severely endanger your life.
