It varies for everyone. Some people could have one if they don't masturbate for just one day, whereas others could take weeks. Personally I've only ever had one in my life, and that was very early on in puberty, now I don't get one even if I've not masturbated for months.

Even if I don't masturbate for a while...I've had very few wet dreams. Back when I was younger.

Now; if I'm really busy and super tired...I don't masturbate all that often (because I usually do it in bed....and if I'm super tired I fall asleep first...) and I haven't had a wet dream in a long long time.
