What do you mean "they don't know that you shave it yet"?! If you feel/see the hair aren't you sure that do too?

You're making it sound criminal for you to shave. Just enjoy it. Facial hair (for you now) is like Pringles. Once you pop you can't stop...

There's no reason that you should tell them you're shaving. Chances are that they'll realise eventually because most people grow facial hair at some point during puberty and there's very few adult men that don't have some sort of facial hair. It's up to you though.

I don't see any reason why have to tell them. Although, if you have questions or you don't know how to do it, then yes, I would say tell them.

What happened with me? I noticed I was growing some hair on my face, I asked my mom if she would buy me a razor and some shaving cream, and that was the end of it. lol

I'm not sure if you don't want to tell them because you are embarrassed, but if that's the case, please don't be. There is nothing to be embarrassed about. Shaving is a natural thing for both men and women. Women shave their legs, armpits, etc. and men shave their face. There is absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about or scared about. Again, not sure that is the case, but if it is, don't be. It's normal. :)
