does anybody actually understand ASMR and why its doing what it is to me. i get chills, and tingles, and i get really relaxed

sorry i didnt know where else to post this. anyways i have this addiction to watching asmr videos on youtube

i like listening to other people speak, watch them move their hands etc.
do people actually consider this a real disease

does anybody else experience this odd but amazing feeling

please share with me because i feel like an outkast for whats going on.
ummm everybody around me thinks im crazy.

It's a disease? Are you sure? o.o

I honestly found the reaction to be quite common, I don't know a single person that doesn't get "tingles" or "goosebumps" from something that feels good.
But very few people know what that response it called, so maybe they do experience it but have no idea what the name is?

its calssified as a disease but not like an immune one
asmr is something called trigger immunity
like something gives you tingles and chills. its quite common in people and like you said most dont know what it is or what causes it.
but yes if you look it up and it classified as a disease just like bieber fever now is too
