It's normal. Though wet dreams can be bad if you sleep talk, and your parents wake you up in the morning.... Spoken from experience.

I didn't have my first till I turned 14. And that was because I didn't jerk off for like a week. If you masturbate regularly you are not likely to have one. In fact, many people live their entire lives without experiencing a wet dream. So it's normal If you never get one. Plus who'd want one anyways. It all messy and sticky the next morning. :D
