I'm uncut,but I don't have this problem....I think that unless the foreskin doesn't hurt your penis,when you have an erection...it's not a problem...
(again...I think...so if it really bothers you...just go see a doctor,he'll know it better for sure)

I have the same problem, I got some advice from some people.
When your in the shower or bath, pull it back gently and stretch it out. Do this frequently and you should notice a difference in a few weeks.

Once it has streched enough you can stop, but when you're masturbating, you're kinda doing almost the same thing anyways, if you don't use lube that is.

You probably should talk to a doctor. I was circumcised at 13 and it really was not that bad. It really makes your dick carefree and feel great too.

Circumcision at an adolescent age can be dangerous, and very painful. The stretching that is recommended is the appropriate treatment...It will eventually stretch where it works just fine...and unlike circumcision it won't destroy the sensitivity that uncut guys enjoy...

Careful! Not only will it hurt like hell, but it's permanent. Why remove something you can fix and enjoy for the rest of your life?

I had this when I was younger it wouldn't retract but by the time I hit 13 it wasn't a problem, it had just loosened up.

Try using moisturiser to keep the skin soft and stretch as others have said. Don't force it too hard because it can split which would be painful and the scarring would set you back too.

You might have the problem known as tight foreskin. It's easily fixable, it is detailed in one of the stickies I believe. All you do is pull it back as far as possible every day for like a couple of months. If that doesn't work you can get a doctor to do it. But if it can't go forward, it isn't a real big deal, it's just you were born like that. My best friend is like that, he can pull it up but it doesn't stay.

Hey man. don't worry at all! go and have a bath and pull it back then as theres no pain. Do this everyday and it will eventually stretch! Don't panic about it, it will take time before it stretches but after a few days you will notice you can bend it back further and further. I pull mine back when I'm soft, it just at first but then you get use to it.
