It has nothing to do with dreams, it is part of the normal sleep cycle...we get boners several times a night and if the bladder fills up, then yes, it does prevent peeing the bed....but it is just part of your normal process...Why do you get a boner on the bus? Are u dreaming or eyeing one of your classmates..???Probably not...u are just a normal healthy male animal...
