Cold weather

Lately, since it's Autumn, I've noticed that whenever I go for a shower, my dick and balls aren't hanging to their 'full' size. In the Summer, I found that they hung naturally and didn't shrink. My question: have any of you/do any of you experience shrinkage like this in the Autumn/Winter and, if so, is there any way to prevent this from happening? Or, could all of this be something completely different?

Naturally, I think I'm about 2 and a half - 3 inches flacid.

Yeah, that's what happens when it starts to cool down.

Yup same for me. It's a natural reaction of your body. Nothing you can do about it short of moving to a warmer climate.

Yes, this happens with every guy. The reason your sac shrinks when it is cold and hangs when its hot is to keep your semen at the right temperature. Too hot or cold will kill the sperm. Don't be worried.

Sperm need to stay at 1 degree (C) lower than your body, that's why they hang down and aren't inside your body. Therefore when it's warm they hang lower so they can cool down a bit more and when it's cold they hang higher to your body to keep warm.

That's normal, it's what happens when you get a little cold down there. It's your body's natural response to temperature, so you testicles have the right temperature to produce sperm. Lower means they're hot, higher mean's they're cold.

I don't believe in God in the "traditional" sense of a Supreme Being up in the clouds...but when you think of how perfect the body is designed...it makes you feel awesome.

Imagine how cool it is...for our body to automatically raise and lower the testicles in relation to outside temperature...keeping those sperm safe.

I remember when I first learned this in biology class.....thinking....COOL!

Yeah that is definitely natural, if you are going to take a shower with people and you recently just came inside after being outside in the cold weather, you can easily just slightly jostle them around to get them warmed up, kinda touch yourself, but not to much because you don't want to get hard!:D

your testicles need to be at a certain temperature to produce sperm so when you become cold so do your balls so they retract to keep warm :)

Yeah it happens to me quite often. It's the body's natural reaction to cold, because sperm needs to be at a certain temperature to live and that's how our body does to maintain that temperature. It contracts to keep warm and hangs loose to cool down.

When it is hot out your balls "drop" to stay cooler and then when it is cold it rises to get heat from your body.

Sperm are sensitive to temperature and the Scrotum (ball sack) is meant to keep the temperature good for sperm production, hence the reason cold weather makes your balls seem to go further down.

Yeah, when it is cold your testicles shrivel up and get closer to your body so that they can keep the sperm at the correct temperature. When it gets hotter, your testicles will lower in order to keep the temperature of your sperm regulated.
