So I was going to have a shave but there wasn't any foam left so I was wondering would a dry shave be worse for cutting yourself and getting irritation or should I wait till tomoz to buy it.

Have you had a dry shave before ?
If yes wht was it like eg did u cut yourself did you get irritation?

(it's for the face if you were wondering)

I wouldn't recommend doing that, if you have sensitive skin it is likely you will get hurt.

You'll be talking breakout city if you dry shave ,if you have shampoo you can use that instead of dryshaving

I've done it a few times when I've been in a rush. It's not the best idea, but if you have to do it, just be quick about it. Rinse your face with water first and use the blade quickly and precisely

as everyone else is saying, please don't,
i mean you could use hair product, but i still wouldn't- it might irritate you. The only dry shave i would do would be with my electric shaver, because its made for that, and the blade isnt directly on the skin.
I would wait for tomorrow, and you will have a lot less risk of cutting yourself and getting hurt~

Like others have suggested, please don't do it. There is a higher risk of cutting yourself and irritating your skin. I made the mistake of doing it before and it didn't go over very well. The only person that I know of that actually does it is my dad, but then again, my dad has been shaving for about 30 years. I definitely wouldn't recommend it!

I never use shaving cream if it's my face I'm shaving. Its always a dry shave for me. So I suspect it should be fine. But if you don't feel comfortable doing it then you should propably just wait for tomorrow. Because then again, what's 1 day without shaving. :D

Don't dry shave, just wait, and don't use shampoo it dries your skin out.

You guys may think this is doff, but I shave in the shower...face and other parts, with regular soap. The steam from the shower makes is easy breezy....and I NEVER cut myself...on any "parts"....and always use aloe afterwards...keeps your skin soft and doesn't dry out.

Dude-
Just by the nature of shaving you are creating microscopic tears in the outer skin. ((Thats why it stings so bad if you put after shave or anything with alcohol or an astringent in it afterwards....))
So best guess is don't do it dry. And use a product designed for shaving the skin. So what if you have to go another day or so????

Do it on a daily basis. It is actually easier and less time consuming to shave that way.

I don't cut more or less than I do with shaving cream, and I am saving time AND money by not using it, so is a win-win situation for me.

If you shave in the shower (use a shower wall mirror), you don't even need shaving cream.

I don't use shaving cream or anything really, and I have a heavy beard and I'm fine... do you all suck at shaving or something?
