Well mine are small one smaller than the other (like the should be) and im 18

Does it really concern you? Because honestly there can't be any concrete answer when puberty is so unique from person to person. So if you're worried, don't be; we're all more worried about our penis size anyway :D.

There's this device that's used to measure testicle size called an Orchidometer, you can Google it.

Adult testicles are about the size of a walnut, with one slightly larger and higher set than the other.
