hi its kinda hard to start off this but my life is hard, i was adopted when i was born so i don't know much about my real family but i do know somethings about my past family and that is:
-i have a brother that i have never met:(
-i have a sister i have never met :(
-there was something horribly wrong with my past family:(
and that is about it, some more things about me is i have a sister form this family that has died, my uncle and aunt is about to die as well as other family members, one of my eyes almost went blind but i took years of eye therapy, i think im straight but i kinda like guys but i never would do any thing sexually to a guy and i like girls so if any one has any advice on that to do or can talk to me it would help

I'm adopted, and I really don't know anything about my birth family at all! Yes, I really wanna know my birth family, but then again I really love my family I have right now! So I think you shouldn't really worry about your birth family, as you are in a better family right now! And I'm sorry for everything that's happening to you right now! It must be really hard, but maybe you have friends who can help you through this situation, and be there to comfort you! And for your last question, it's just a phase where every guy goes through, who thinks they like guys, but ends up just liking girls. Don't worry, it won't last that long.

Yes; I agree with RealGone; it's your real family (the ones that raised you and you live with) that matters. Of course you are curious about your birth-mom and dad; for health history reasons it would be good to have that sort of information about them...but it might not be possible.
Today with the internet...research of such things is a lot easier than it used to be...should you ever ge tempted.
As far as you being gay; I don't think so. You might be feeling pyhsical attraction here and there...but the fact that you don't envision yourself ever "doing anything" with a guy pretty much indicates that you are straight. OK? You a happy guy? :)

One other thing: Do you ever tell your mom and dad that you love them? Do it today!
