Advice! Help! (Guys and Girls :)

Hey guys and girls! I need some help... Okay so there's this guy that i know, but not too much. I have one class with him, but walk with him to class 2 times a day. He's kind of shy but really really sweet! He's a freshman and I'm a sophomore, and on top of that, he's new to the town and school, and only has 2 close friends. I really like him and want to get closer to him without being too awkward (I have a knack for that). But once again, ON TOP OF THAT, I get really intimidated to go up to talk to him, one because we're in separate grades, and two, most of his friends are guys from his football team. HELP PLEASE! What should I do? Should I ask him to hang out? Would that freak him out? I don't' want to get rejected...

I would say, when you walk with him to a class, talk about hanging out. Say something like "Are you busy this weekend?" and go from there. I'm gonna tell you now, if hes new to town and the school, he's probably looking to make friends. Try and become closer to him and then once you figure him out, you can tell him that you have feelings for him.

On a side note, consider yourself lucky. I'm a sophomore and I'm not even friends with the freshman i like. I have one class with him, and that is... GYM xD.

Anyways, goodluck, and remember, asking a simple, "Are you busy this weekend?" will not creep him out. The worst he can say is I already have plans.

yea.. just ask him out like how u usually ask your friends to go out for shopping or lunch.. No harm trying :)
