ok so i havent had this problem in a wile but just in case it comes back. Ive had it at least 3 times and it was after masterbaiting i got these red spot on the head of my penis. They didnt look like a rash or anything and they appeared under the skin. What are these? i asked my mom about it and she said it was probably a rash. That was her not looking at it! Im nearvus i have a sexual desiese or something.

You dont have STD's! You cant get it unless you are sexually active, or at least kissing. I agree with your mom, it is probably just a rash. Just dont masturbate for a few days and see if it goes away. If it doesnt, see a doctor.

Great, it probably isnt a serious problem then!

Do you use a lube? I used a lotion once [lol for my skin, not masturbating- I was like 7 :P] that made me break out in hives.

Well then I am almost completely positive that's the cause. You use lotion...you only get them after masturbating...they go away after a day or two, ie after you shower....
Maybe try switching to vaseline or something.

It could be your skin having a reaction to the kind of lotion you used, that wouldn't be at all surprising considering how sensitive the skin down there is.

i think it might be because you might masturbate too hard or squeese the tip thats what happened to me and i had spots then they went away

Yeah, I agree with the above poster as well, you could have squeezed too hard and put too much pressure on it and broken a few blood vessels just under the skin.
