Well, it's not the largest of divks but you still have 5 years of puberty for it to grow. :D

You do have a smaller than average penis, but you definitely do not need to be worried or go to see a doctor about it. You're still in the early stages of puberty, assuming you started at a 'normal' time, so your penis probably hasn't grown much since you started - some people find that their penis length is one of the first things to change during puberty whereas others it can be one of the last.

There's no way to tell what will happen to someone when they go through puberty. Give it time and you'll probably find that your penis will grow into the average range for a fully developed adult.

As some have said. Its smaller than average. You do, however, have until your early 20's to keep growing, so dont worry.

Kinda smal but you dont need to consult mom or doctor about it. "mom i have a small junk" ithink it'll just be awkward foe the both of you. anyways itll grow more, you still have time. :)

I totally agree with the others, don't stress/worry about it. You're barely starting puberty :)

Yeah you have a small dick

That is no help at all..

Back to the question, yes, 2.5" is on the smaller side, but 1 it's all about the way you use it, and plus you still have 5 more or maybe some more years left of puberty. You will grow some in the next 7 years.

I know this is what everyones probably saying but everyone developes differently. Its true. Somone could be 6 fot 3 with chest hair at 15 and have a small dick. But that doesnt mean it wont grow to a six inch one by 20 to 22 years of age.
