I first noticed two hairs at the base of my penis. I don't remember seeing or noticing them develop, I just remember one day looking down at my penis and them being there :)

Pubes and voice I think, in fact I was called 'wheezy' (as in the penguin from Toy Story) for a reason, it was a little embarrassing with it going up and down all the time xD
