Cutting relapse

My name is Celeste, I originally started cutting in 2009. On March 17th 2010 I attempted suicide and was put in hospital, after that the cutting stopes but it got worse again. On Jan 6th this year, I stopped cutting. I was so happy, but last Wednesday I cut again for the first time in 10 months. And I am so scared that it will get as bad as it used to be again. There isn't anyone I can talk to about this; I don't know what to do. :(

Well, since last Wednesday, have things spiraled? Have you continuously cut yourself/self harmed since then? Have your symptoms of depression got any worse/ reappeared?

Most likely, it was a one time thing. Slips happen even to the best of us. Don't let it control your future, you'll be okay. Just pick yourself up and keep going again!

Also, congrats on going so far without relapsing! That takes strength and courage. We're always here for you, and you can talk to all of us.
