How do you tell if a girl likes you?

I'm pretty confused here. So a bit ago I went to my friends girlfriends house with him because she had a few of her friends over, and there was a girl there who I'm pretty sure she at least has some feelings about me because when I was drunk after some party thing I basically walked around with her for ages talking and it was pretty obvious in some way she liked me.
So yeah we were at the house and she was doing what I'd consider the regular signs, she was punching me (not as in whacking me in the face) and put her head on my shoulder a few times.

You've answered your own question. All the things you talked about can be signs that someone is interested in you, obviously not always, they can sometimes just be meant in a friendly way. Aside from that the only ways to be sure is by actually asking the other person or observing the actual situation - we can't tell you if this girl is interested without knowing the both of you personally.

Exactly. Also you can tell she likes you if she talks to you a lot and is around you a lot. If it seems like she is "attached" to you so to speak, then i'd say there is a good chance she likes you.

Well being quite truthful, you didn't exactly give a good first impression by being drunk.

However, it would appear that she did at least stand by you, and has been giving you some typical signs of affection.

So what have you got to lose?......Ask her out......She can only answer with Yes or No.

But please, if she does give you a chance, try not to be a total idiot again by getting drunk.
