In a very similar manour to getting into a heterosexual relationship. It can be more difficult to come across the gay guys but after that it's basically the same.

Just be yourself and everything should be fine. Besides, you're only in high school, there will be plenty of time after to get the right guy.

Then you need to speak up to an authority at school to make sure this bullying stops! At school, and outside of school! If you don't speak up, then everyone will either A. Keep it inside of themselves, which then causing depression or suicide, because they can't be who they are, or B. Anyone who is out, will then get bullied badly!

If people are physically attacked because of their sexual orientation, and people have told the school, state, whatever, and nothing helps, then it may be best to keep quiet about it.
You can be in a relationship without your entire high school finding out about it, and I think that is what you should do in this case, for now.

I've always found this to be pretty true. It's basically the same thing except the challenge is finding somebody who is also interested in the same sex or finding somebody who is openly gay to have that relationship with. If you're out then you could join a school or local GSA and meet other people that way.

Yeah, from my (limited) experience of dating boys, it's very much the same as hetero relationships. You do exactly the same things except the sex is a little different :P Although if your school mates are homophobic it might be best to stay in the closet until you can leave. That doesn't mean you can't be in a relationship with a guy, you just need to keep it low key!
