Numbness / pain in your left arm and or hand can be linked with heart attack symptoms.

However, seeing as you're most likely not a 42 year old obese male, it's probably not a heart attack. Do you have a family history of heart problems or anything?

If not, then it's probably carpal tunnel syndrome.

1. Do you lift weights a lot? Like, during gym training?

2. Do you self-harm anywhere on your wrist?

If not, then it's probably carpal tunnel syndrome. Nope I dont think my family has had massive heart problems, but thanks for the advice :)

Did you consider the other possibility, carpal tunnel syndrome? It's from spending long hours at the computer or video games. It causes your carpal tunnel to contract which in turn pinches the nerves that run to your hand. This can cause numbness and pain.

Have you noticed any other symptoms?
I agree it sound's like CT, but have you had a fall or any traumatic injury to your neck or back recently?
In any case numbness is usually an indicator that something's wrong, go get it checked out, neurological damage is alot easier to prevent than it is to cure.

I still reckon you should get it checked out hey. But that's just my opinion.

It definitely could be carpal tunnel syndrome. My mom had it a while back and before she knew she also complained of numbness. Maybe see a doctor?
