I dont have a ED, but I understand how people view themselves if they do and how things can be. Im not saying this will change your mind or not, if it will help or do nothing... But please just watch this video. Im not asking anyone to change because of it, EDs are not something to stop easily. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pcxBBQnkFNs&feature=relmfu

I think it would be helpful to some people, but a lot of people, such as me, hear those things all the time from friends and such and it doesn't change anything. I appreciate the thought though :)

Do you hate me or the guy in the video?

I figured for even a few if it helps, its better than not. Being I was a cutter, and what others say... Not trying to sound mean but it would not really matter. As much as they would want me to stop or anything... Its literally an addiction and its not easy to quit especially if you do it for a reason, to cope, feel something, etc. And being that I was a cutter and I hopefully quit.. Being Im a few weeks clean of it... Weve had people go on the cutting board above this one and say they were sorry for us (cutters) and so on, we all understand they mean the best. But pity for us isnt what we want, I really dont like it... But I understand where they are coming from about it to us. And I dont wanna come across sounding like that here. Im just sharing something I came across, It may help a couple people which is good. It probably wont for most but it cant really hurt to share it. I know for those with EDs such as yourself, seeing yourself in the mirror and I dont know your situation but for most they see something they dont like and they try to change it by not eating to be skinny. Alot of things can contribute to contributing this or make even someone fall into having a ED. But I wish the best of luck to you. :)
