Its perfectly natural, I'm sure 90% of this forum have done it and maybe still do do it.

And doing it in places you shouldn't, isn't that part of the experience of growing up. Don't get caught in other peoples business, if they want to masturbate let them.

I suppose you can look to see if they have rosy cheeks or seem flustered. Otherwise you probably can't tell.

If you enter a closed space (like a closet or very small room with poor ventilation) I think you might be able to pick up on the smell. It would be far from conclusive though; body odors vary from person to person. It could be that he (she??) just needs a shower.

But; I suppose you could give them the benefit of the doubt.

There actually is a way you can tell if someone's masturbated recently. It's called them telling you. But other that that there are no physical signs that can tell you if someone has jacked off lately. Plus why would you even want to know something like that? Just saying
