so i have some type of sore on my penis. ive had it for about 3 months now and it wont go away. what it usually does is it first starts to create a scab, then the scab comes off, then it starts letting out some type of liquid (no not semen, its right under the top of the penis), then it starts hurting, then it creates a scab again and it keeps doing that. whats wrong? how do i fix it without going to the doctors? ive tried keeping it clean, ive put lotion on it, nothing works...

i do not know how i got it. i have done nothing unusual

Go to the doctor. Doesn't sound like anything serious. He'll probably give you some goo to put on it and tell you to leave your dick alone except for peeing for a while.

You've had a repetitive wound in a delicate area for 3 months now. That's too long and it's not going to go away on it's own, you need to go to a doctor.

If you really refuse to seek proper treatment though, you're risking infection and maybe remaining unaware of a more serious issue.
When it first appeared, had you done anything? (Sexual activity, psychical activity, caught in a zipper, etc.)?
You wear underwear?

Neosporin, Vaseline, band-aid (one of the ones they make for babies). Use those three in that order. They can assist in keeping the wound clean and protected.

It could be fungal. Get an anti fungal spray. Not a cream or rub, you need a spray.

Cease masturbation. Only touch your penis when you need to pee. No masturbation until completely healed.

Your clothing could be irritating you. Switch to gentler fabrics.

Regardless, you really should and need to see a professional doctor.

I have to agree with everyone else. You have a reoccurring wound in which it won't go away. It is going through a repeat process and it is located in very sensitive area. You should seek medical attention simply because if you don't then it could get worse or you could have a serious issue that you are unaware of.

The sooner you get treatment the sooner you'll find out if something is wrong. The more you neglect it, the more chance it could be of becoming worse or infected.
