My twin brother has this crush on a girl in the year above, he barely knows her but from the way he describes his fellings about her I think it must be the luvbug, anyways he asked me for advice but I didn't know what to say so I'm gonna ask you. What should I tell him and what should he do?

I would advise him to try and spend some more time with her, not just at school, and see if his feelings persist, or if she is really the kind of girl he thinks she is. She might be a horrible person for all he knows. so yeah. not to make a move before hes gotten to know her.

The first thing would be to get to know her better, obviously. He doesn't even really know if he likes her, he just thinks he does merely based on her looks. It's a crush, really. Getting to know her and spending time with her--in a group, not on a date--would be the first step. Once he has gotten to know her much better, it would be then that--provided that she isn't already dating anyone--he might consider asking her out on a date if he still likes her as he does now. The worst thing he could do, though, is rush into it, especially if he barely even knows her.
