and i have some little red spots where the hair is growing back.... what is that?

It's an irritation caused by the abrasion of shaving veeery delicate skin. Put a light coating of Vaseline jelly on it for a few days and it'll look (and feel) better.

Try using moisturiser or any cream with Vitamin E in it.
Oh yeah, and that's really normal for shaving, if you don't want hair there, I suggest using hair removal cream instead. :P

Sounds like an irritation or some ingrown hairs. Just put lotion on it and don't itch because it'll make it worse :P

Well, for future reference, lemme tell ya' something. First thing you do when you notice any red bumps on your body is wash with warm water and soap, and then put lotion on it.
And if after some days have past (A couple of weeks or more) and the bumps haven't reduced in size/color at all, then freak the hell out.
