No, personally I don't get that, but my mom does. One minute she's extremely happy then one minute she's sad and in tears for almost no reason. She's bipolar and it can be you too. Read my bipolar info article here:

If this sounds like you then you should visit a shrink or psychiatrist. That's the only way to solve the problem.

i dont feel like that though. That says like when ur happy u feel invincable i dont feel nething like thatHaving high and low moods is a symptom of bipolar. Doesn't necessarily mean you have it but if you're having constant mood swings that are interfering with your daily life you should go to a psychiatrist so he/she can properly diagnose you (if there is one) and begin treatment. In order to figure this out you need to go to a professional.

Ive had this feeling for a year now and it didnt know what it was so i looked into depression and anxiety and im 99% sure i have both of them because i have all the symptoms and they both run in my family. So could it be this?

We can't really say without knowing you and exactly what all your symptoms are, so like Ant said you should def see a doctor. It sounds like you may have bipolar disorder, or quite possibly depression or anxiety disorder like you think, but again there's just no way teenagers can offer a diagnosis, especially over the internet...
