I had a program called SUPERAntiSpyware Professional Trial Version scan my computer, it still isn't done scanning my computer. But so far heres what it says:
Memory Items
Scanned: 650
Detected: 0
Registry Items
Scanned: 39898
Detected: 0
File Items
Scanned: 11250 (and rising)
Detected: 0
Threats Detected
0
Elapsed Time: 03:14:32 (3 hours, 14 minutes, and 32 seconds it has been scanning for, and its still not done :| )
So far no threats detected. Does that mean my computer is pretty much safe from anything? Is this program a good, reliable one?

Those are just generic updates.
And seeing all these threads that you've made, I think you need to stop worrying so much. I'm assuming you don't want them knowing you've been to explicit sites, as most teens probably do. But the odds of them tracking your every move, and then having the patience to actually look through the logs, I doubt it would happen.
And what's the wort thing that could happen? You get caught, have an incredibly awkward conversation for 10 minutes, then neither of you speak about it ever again.
Don't worry about it, or these updates.

You seem too paranoid about your internet security. May i suggest Google chrome's 'incognito' browsing option?
Either that or stop going to sites you wouldn't want your parents seeing.

Unless your parents are extremely tech-savvy the chances they would be going through the troubles of checking your internet history are slim to none. And slim got shot.
Set a password on your user account on your laptop. Use incognito browsing. The only way your parents would be able to check your internet history would be via your router's software. Your router is flooded with tons of ip addresses, internet sites, and network data from every computer that connects to it. And even after all that, incognito browsing eliminates saved web addresses and cookies. Your parents wouldn't waste their time to see if you're going on some no-no sites. Don't worry about it.

If you don't want to get caught, don't look at porn. Simple

Does any of that look like stuff to track what sites you been on? As the above said, if you have a fear of being caught stop looking at porn or whatever you do.

Trust me, if they put tracking stuff on it it wouldn't show up in windows updates. At best you'd have to comb through all the processes running or look for unusual communication with Internet but honestly I wouldn't worry about it. At worst its a keylogger disguised as a legitimate service. What's the worst they'd do if you were caught? Plus just be careful, run Mozilla in private mode, and if you are really worried use a virtual private network (VPN)

Sorry dude if they put a key logger I think you're screwed :( only thing would be to delete and do a clean install of the OS. A key logger records basically every keystroke so doing private browsing and deleting history wouldn't help. Still, they'd have to be super paranoid to do that to you.

So how can I do a clean installof an OS? my parents are not that tech savvy, so do youthink that someone who isnt thattech savvy would do that? also, how much would a key logger be? could i uninstall it and is there a software that can detect if it has a key logger?

Exactly, and i wouldn't think parents would be so paranoid to put that kind of stuff on you're computer, it's human nature.
side-story.
Sure i get paranoid because the shit i look at my dad would go fucking ape shit. but do we look like we have innocent halo on our head no. all my dad has to do is go in the router settings and look at the ip's of the sites of everyone in the house uses and punish us, so if you think it's worth reinstalling you're os go for it!

My dad is a software engineer with his masters, I used to look at porn when I was way too young and fucked up the computer, and he didn't even as much as check my browsing history after that blew over. I know how you feel, but it really is just paranoia.
Especially if your parents aren't tech-savvy, incognito is all you need. I'm not familiar with any parents extreme enough to go as far as more thorough methods of internet monitoring beyond blocking sites and checking browsing history. And even then, your parents would have to be paranoid themselves or you did something to betray their trust. Or maybe I just have really lenient parents. Ah well.

I bet your parents don't even know what a key logger is. From the information you gave us, you are defiantly not being traced by your parents.

If you want to do a clean install of your OS, you'll need to back up all your files, insert your Windows DVD, reboot, and follow the instructions. The install itself takes about an hour, but you'll need extra time to reinstall your drivers and programs. Choose a day to do it when you have several hours free.
Keep in mind that even if you reinstall your OS, your parents can simply install the keylogger again. If you live in the same house, they probably have lots of oppourtunites to access your computer while you're not around. You would need to keep your computer in a locked box.
A professional keylogger (such as those used by employers to monitor company computer usage) can cost up to $100. That's a lot of money to spend to see if your teenager is looking at porn. A high end keylogger not only records keystrokes, but also programs opened, websites visited, documents printed, files created, songs played, USB devices connected, and junk food eaten while using the computer. They are designed to be completely invisible, so you won't be finding it under Add/Remove Programs.

No, you can never assume your computer is completely safe just because a scan doesn't detect anything. Spyware authors are always finding new ways to hide their creations, and it's a game of cat and mouse between them and security software developers.
I would tell you that it's completely unlikely your parents are going to these lengths to see if you are looking at porn, but you'd just ignore me. Instead, you're probably just going to ask me more about keyloggers.
