That's not necessarily true. The amount of random erections that the majority of guys get during puberty is ridiculous. Chances are that any guy you see with an erection is probably not thinking about anything particularly sexual.

If that were to happen at school, I'd feel embarrassed (only partly for them) and respectfully and studiously make an effort to ignore it. I've never noticed that before, though. I'd want to be considerate and do my best to preserve their dignity.
