Depends on the level of comfort you have with your cousin.... Don't go propositioning everyone at the next family get together, lol.
I grew up with ( we were together almost every day ) a certain female cousin and she and I ended up experimenting with each other frequently. We never had sex, but I learned A LOT as did she. I can still call her up or shoot her a text if in confused about the opposite sex

This is not the first time this question has come up. It may be considered incest in the US but you can marry your cousin (if you both want to) in the UK and other countries
