Balls pulsating?

Okay is this bad? For some weir reason, my balls every once and awhile will pulse. It feels good, so is it just hormones or something? Of something bad? Help please.

Pulse is an interesting word choice. Maybe blood is just flowing through that area at rapid speeds? If not, is shouldn't anything out of that norm.
