My choice: NONE OF THE ABOVE! My favourite movie villain was the guy Wesley Snipes played in Demolition Man.

The terminator was a good film but I couldnt take him seriously in the 3rd film since he's now the gov of California and I just find it funny how this amazing movie star suddenly decided to be a governer

Out of those I have to say Lector. I really didn't see Terminator as much as a major Villan and I don't know much of the others. Lector is just twisted.

I would have to say they would all be the best movie villian of their genres really. But overall out of those it would have to be Dr. Lector.
