Maybe you pig out sometimes and your stomachs upset?? Your abdominal wall is broken? I personally think the doc mite know, you mite need a colonoscopy, ugh ;p
But u should go to the doc soon I don't see it as an emergency if u did have this prob for two years and your not dead yet, next time u get a check up remember to tell him, or just call him now

I would go to a gastroenterologist as soon as you can. They can help you out tons. I used to get horrible stomach cramps too to where I couldn't move. As it turns our I have Crohn's disease and they put me on medication and things are a lot better now. They found out I had lots of ulcers and a lot of puss in my small intestine. It's not good to let things like that go unchecked. The doctors can help you out, I highly recommend going to them.

See a gastroenterologist as soon as you can. This could be any variety of things from ulcers, a too concentrated stomach acid, some sort of parasite, damage to the intestinal or stomach lining, etc. If it hurts as bad as you say it does, it's something that a doctor needs to look at because it could be very serious. I wish you the best of luck, and I hope it turns out to be nothing major!

There are so many organs crammed into the lower abdomen. Your pain could be from any one of them. The fact that it clears is a good sign...and the next time you feel it could be the last....never to occur again. But; why take chances? The doc might order you an MRI or CT Scan....both painless and uneventful. You probably will get the answer from that and will know how to proceed.
Good Luck; Marty

If you divide your abdomen into four sections, Upper Right, Upper Left, Lower Right and Lower Left, where does the pain usually occur?
Is the pain brought on or aggravated by anything that you're aware of?
When was the last time it happened?

Its been a while since it happened... I wanna say lower right and lower left being its the whole section there. And it happens randomly... I eat normal and it happens.

Sorry bout the late reply. Am I right in assuming you haven't been to a doc about it still?
