First worry about her later, take care of your STI and get treatment.

Did you ask if she was clean? If she said yes, leave her she lied. If she said no, it's your fault too. You knew she wasn't clean.

Did you ask if she ever had sex? If she said no, she's lied or someone had them in their eyelashes/beard gave them to her. If she said yes, you can never push the possibility that they aren't clean out of your mind.

If you feel she's cheated, you can usually tell with Crabs. Like other lice, they don't live for too long, and they generally show up soon after sex, up to 30 days for an infestation.

Crabs aren't an easily ignored STI. They itch, they hurt, you can see them, and you'll see the blood from their bites. Have them taken care of.
