Is she giving clues she wants me to be her boyfriend?

This girl I like (since like 7th grade, now were Sophmores in highschool) I think she likes me too but im not sure. She told me that she told her younger sister she cant have a boyfriend until she has a boyfriend. She also was telling me she really wanted to dance with me at Homecoming (I couldn't make it because I had a cross country race that day and it was a long drive away :(. Are these clues she wants me to be her boyfriend?

with my knowledge, which i limited, i would say yes, but if you want to be sure ask her out. see how she reacts. if she says yes without hesitation then she does, if she says yes with some hesitation them she may not be sure and if she says no, well that is self explanatory.
but like i said, my knowledge is limited

ok, i know the feeling of asking a girl out. tried three time, rejected all three times. but who cares. just get back up. but to help you out. practice with a very close female friend, practice in front of a mirror. do it in person no matter what. none of that facebook/texting stuff. just practicing with a female friend is one of the best ways.

and like i said before, if she says no, it doesn't mean she is not into you, but it may mean she wants to be friends, or what ever. even is she says no, try and be friends with her. still in touch with the three girls who rejected me. But don't become depressed or anything, just get right up on your feet. but good luck
