I am stuck between two options: be a foreign excghange or go to Europe with my school. If i become an exchange students i learn a new language visit a different county for an extended time and colleges would be more intrested in me. However if i pick the Europe trip im only gone about 20 days instead of 10 months. I alsO would visit london paris switzerrland munich rome and vinice. The trip with my school costs less and i would visit may never in my life again.

What should i do and why???

Well I have been to Europe before twice. I went to Munich, Germany to go skiing. That was excellent. I also went to Naples, Italy just this past summer. I loved Europe and want to go back. As for your question I would go with the exchange because you get to be there for 10 months. And who knows? You might go on a trip to a different part of Europe with them. But above all: Good luck with your travels.

It must be a really tough decision! You don't have to listen to me, but I would definitely do the foreign exchange for a few reasons.
You get to meet a lot more different people (I'm assuming you'd be staying with a host family or something similar? And attending school?)
As you said, you do get to learn a new language and you also get to experience a different lifestyle or culture from your own.
You get to be away on the trip for longer than the Europe trip, and if you really wanted to go to specific places in Europe you could maybe go with friends after school or something?
I went on a month long French exchange earlier this year and it was absolutely amazing, I really wished I'd been able to stay for longer and I got a lot out of it so I would definitely recommend the foreign exchange :)
