Just wondering what other think of basic human nature. Are we inclined to good or evil, or some sort of in between?
I'll post my opinions a little later.

I think we have the potential for both. We all have our good and bad sides so I say somewhere in between good and evil, basically a neutral. To say whether you are more one or the other depends on your actions but nobody is 100% good or evil.

Yeah, like the person above me said, we have the potential to be both. But we are still animals and we will fight, and we will kill, and do other terrible things to eachother. The earth and the living organisms in it are just naturally chaotic.

I believe we are inclined to be good but are sometimes influenced by evil temptations. I would state there is a mix between the two but leading more towards good. :D

Evil is a subjective term, as well as good. The people in cartoons who are evil for the sake of it don't exist. People do immoral things for some sort of purpose. I don't necessarily think that makes people bad.

I personally say we're born with an in-between, it just depends on how how the scale tips. So I would say a person's born bad or good, I think it's something that grows from their birth.
A person can grow up in the worst possible conditions where you can understand if they were to become bitter against the world, but be the most generous and helpful people.
A person can grow up surrounded by love and warmth, always have support and friends, but be the most heartless and cruel person you'll see on most wanted criminal shows.

Depends on how they grew up.
