so anyway basicly what are some good tvs for gamming (preferbly 32inch-40inch) ive also been told 200htz is needed for gamming because of how fast it moves..

You don't need more than 60hz. What you're looking for is a faster response time. If you're seeing motion blur then your TV is running at maybe 12ms. Look for something with a 5ms response time.
Whoever told you that you need 200hz needs to be slapped in the face with a fish. 90% of gamers use 60hz displays, and the other 10% use 120hz displays.

Sometimes your computer screen will work, provided it is newer, as in LED or LCD. I use mine for the PS3 every now and then, and it works just fine(tested with LBP and Ratchet & Clank, both at 1080p).

-.- The amount of Hz does not matter....at all. Literally everything out there is 60 hz or higher and nobody needs more than 60hz. I have a 120hz TV at home that I sometimes hook my laptop up to and play GTA IV on it and it's no different than playing on my brother's 60hz TV.
The other features of the smart TV do make it worthy of consideration. My friend has one, it's pretty cool.
