EVERY NIGHT, when i lay down in my bed, i get erections that end up bothering me for hours. ive tried to just leave it alone and think of no sexual thoughts, that usually turns into a very sexy thought. i would masturbate it away, but i feel like i need to shower afterwards for some reason...
what should i do D:

How about masturbating before bed, before you have a shower, then go to bed?

masturbate, shower, bed then repeat tommaorw or when ready. If you know teens they are filled with HORMONES and alot of them so you probably feel an erection every night until you masturbate it away. Do you sleep with your clothes on or off for if you sleep with no or few clothes you will most likely always feel an erection in your bed at night

when you get the erection go to the bathroom and try to pee even if you dont until the erection is gone

I agree. Just a quick one before bed will definitely get rid of your bedtime erections. And a shower will leave you feeling clean before bed.

I would just convince myself that I don't need to take a shower afterwards. Make sure you piss, then jack off and go to bed. That's what works for me!
