What's your budget. If I were you and it's at all possible I would bump up to an i5 or better. Intels single threaded processig is über fast and any game you play will be 3 times better on a intel processor. Also I would go with a 7850 just because of the 22nm architecture. 16gb of ram too.

All this seems to be a balanced configuration. Given your 650USD budget, that's a good choice.
For RAM, forget the 4 x 2GB configuration. Instead, pick a 2 x 4GB (8GB is more than sufficient for that kind of computer/usage). The only thing I'd change is the heatsink; from what I can see, the Cooler Master 212 is quite noisy, especially after a while. I'd trade it for a more silent one - a Thermalright Macho for example. You may want to ask suggestions on the silentpcreview.com forums; you'll find a great deal of help there about coolers.

It's more than enough, though we would be much helpful if you provided us with a maximal budget.

Go with 2x4GB, not 4x2, You don't need more than 8GB. I only max out my 6GB when I'm running a couple of virtual machines.
Are you planning on trying to unlock the Zosma core to the Thuban? :)

was any way planning on 2 x 4GB. if need more i can always add it. might change the heatsink IF i can find the Thermalright Macho in a computer/tech store near me.

Does the thermalright work as well as the hyper 212? I'm curious myself. ;)

Hey, I just built a computer recently and I honestly don't know much about AMD but I'm super happy with my i5. Also if they have a Microcenter store new you USE IT. They have the cheapest processor prices and right now you get $50 off a motherboard and processor combo so it can save you some serious cash.
I'd go 2x4GB ripjaws so you can upgrade later if you want.
I'd also get a SSD if you can manage it . I got one on my computer and the thing boots up almost instantly. My total with all that and the ati 7850 was about $850 though. Still I'm super happy with it.

SSD drives are still not worth the money. they are too much of a pain in the ass to configure right so that they don't wear out. Even a first gen i5 will work out better for you than an AMD will.

a tip from a teacher who build gaming computers. he never buys new stuff only parts that are a year old, like lets say there is a motherboard model for 2012, he would buy the 2011 version
