This happens quite a lot AFAIK, whilst the blowjob itself feels good it isn't fast/intense enough to cause you to orgasm. It's happened to me once or twice, there isn't really a lot you can do apart from asking the other person to go faster or attempt other things.

Yeah thats not unusual. Everyone has different mental turn ons and I guess also different bodies have different sensitivity to stimulation (eg like some people are ticklish where others aren't).
