...But I've got a loose tooth, out of the blue. It's a molar, I really can't remember if I've lost it already or not (my family aren't any help :P ), I'm quite worried... It's nearly 18:00 so there's no chance of me seeing a dentist today. What should I do?

The most common causes of loose teeth in older people (as in, older than 7-ish) are tooth decay and gum disease. However, this doesn't really help you now.
If you think it will stay in until morning, then try not to move it and go to a dentist when you can. If you don't, perhaps a trip to the A&E would do you good.
Hope everything ends up alright for your tooth
and I will not give you shit for having a loose tooth at 13 :P

He's 13 and describing his tooth as a Molar?
Wow; I was really dumb at 13 I guess....
What do you mean when you say your family isn't any help? Have you shown to to your Mom?
A trip to the dentist tomorrow should be fine as long as you're not in any pain and there's no swelling.
If there's swelling I would be seen by somebody as soon as you can.

If it really is a molar that is loose, I might recommend seeing a dentist, just to make sure. Thinking back from memory, I don't remember losing any molars, especially that late in my childhood. I could be wrong, because my memory can be shit, but I don't think you're really supposed to lose molars. It doesn't appear that it hurts, as it would normally were it infected or decaying, but I would still just go in and see a dentist tomorrow, just to double check that you're not going to end up with one less tooth. And if it turns out it really is in bad shape, they should be able to save it this early on since it just started yesterday, so I think it should end up ok :)
