I am unsure of what is going on with myself, eating wise.

I always ate too much junk food so I wasn't skinny but people never thought I was fat. I did though.

Anyways I occasionally get so fed up with how fat and ugly I am that I begin to starve myself and don't drink anything for days. . I just lost 2in. off my waist line in about 3 weeks.

I would have lost more but if I decide to eat something when i'm alone, like at night, I just keep grabbing little things. I can't stop myself then. I have no idea why I do it. I hate when i can't control myself.

When you starve yourself your stomach shrinks some and then when you do eat you dont want to being your stomach has to expand again so its easier to not eat. I know this from experience... But you should drink something at least! Water or Gatorade would be best, It wont make you gain any weight but you feel liquids.

Thanks. That makes sense. I Should have figured out that drinking something would be useful, after three days of nothing at all, it hurts to eat or drink anything. I hope you're past the eating problems thing. I wouldn't wish it on anyone else.

Yea I did eat and drink today..Almost like a normal person, so I don't feel good about it, but it is a good thing I guess. And I'm glad for you. Sometimes we don't even know why we do these things, they just happen.

If so... Just drink atleast. yeah, I know why Ive done some stuff I regret like cutting... I hate it and the reasons I did.. Those reasons are still there. My razor is gone though, but I can find a new one easy enough. I really need to get things fixed.

Hun, this could turn into something even uglier than it already is. Please, I'm begging you, get help. I've been there too and I managed to recover (well, so far) on my own, but unless you think you can do that - and I'm no judge - then see a doctor. You know you aren't fat, you know this isn't healthy, and you know that you will just spiral deeper into this.

Thank you. I'm still debating what to do. I might try and talk to some friends or forcing myself to eat and drink normally. It's not a good place to be, I know. I hope you manage to continue recovering. Good luck!

I'll try my best, sir. It's good that you got rid of your razor even if you can easily get a new one. It's a step in the right direction.
