How do I stop it? Like, whenever I think about it, i get stressed out about it and its all i think about. even stuff that i did when i was like 8 years old! Like in 7th grade I asked my teacher (cause i saw it on the internet, it was my english teacher at least lol) was 'wanker' means. She looked at me, and ask are you serious. And then i said yes. Like thinking of that makes me sooo stressed out. It ends up though that i was one of her favorite students. and even to this day she asks about me (my mom is a teacher at her school). But still, its stuff like that, that stress me out. Ill even notice that my hearbeat goes up, sometimes.

This happens to me sometimes, and I think it happens to a lot of people. I think why you're having these thoughts is because you wish you could go back into the past and change what you did, so there would be a better outcome and you wouldn't have to stress over it. So I think the best thing to do is move on and try to forget about the past, what's done is done. We all make mistakes, but there is nothing we can do except move on with our lives and try to better ourselves.

I sometimes think like this but then i remember, That happened soo long ago and whatever happened, the people involved are not thinking about it. Plus, you were young for when you asked your teacher that. Guarantee she never thinks about it. Thats kinda i look at things. I hope this kinda makes sense, Its a little hard to explain

It sounds like regret more than anything to me mate, we all have them moments, some more than others. You can't change it so you've just got to live with it and try to put yourself at ease and hopefully be able to tell yourself that at the time you didn't know any better or that there was no genuine idiocy or intentional hurt behind whatever you did or said. I feel the same way about a lot of things I did or said when I was younger, when was really young I once asked my mom whether she should be on anti-depressants for example and it seriously upset her, she had been on them years before and they just made her feel worse. It's a big regret that I still kick myself over. Just try to live with them mate, if their something like that wanker thing try to see the funny side of it and just laugh it off, if it's something unintentionally dumb you said think about how much wiser you are now. Just find ways of reassuring yourself that you wouldn't do or say the same things now. I hope you don't let them bother you too much mate, most everyone has felt what you're talking about.

Oh, and sorry for getting humor out of your stress but that thing really reminded me of this.
