How do you get rep?

How can i get rep? and why is mine red. 0.o what did i do wrong?

Means someone did not like your post so they neg repped you, check your User CP (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/usercp.php), to see why they neg repped you. If you feel like you don't desever that rep, PM ImCoolBeans (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/member.php?u=23558) or Scarface (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/member.php?u=19064) and tell them why so. You rep by clicking the "scale" under a person's info in their post and selecting Positive or Negitive Rep, and leave a comment and sign it or not.
