I told one of my friends I was gay and he told a whole class of my peers. I'm upset and very confused at what to say to everyone.

Be proud of who you are and don't show any fear. Give others no reason to believe that you're any different than you were before...after all, you aren't; they just know more about you!

hey. it's all fine. going through these times determines your real friends from "posers". it is what makes you who you are and you should be proud of it. best luck. :)

You don't need to say or do anything different. Continue as you were before people found out and eventually they'll probably stop caring and see that you're no different than you were before hand. Also; get rid of the guy that told everyone, he's not someone you want in your life.

Similar thing here - I just told people the truth when they asked. Some of them come up to you with an attitude like they expect you're going to deny it, but if you just tell them the truth and shrug it of most of the time its ok. Some people will be genuinely curious because you are one of the first actual gay people they are aware of, so you'll need to be patient until the novelty wears off.

Although it may suck at times, it does at least now mean you can be yourself which most of us find is a huge relief. This doesn't mean you have to go round queening it up and shoving your sexuality in peoples faces, but you don't have to watch everything you say etc. (Plus any cute guys still in the closet now know you are available :-) )
