I don't know if this post belongs here or not. So if it doesn't Mods please move it as quick as possible.

A lot lately, I have been getting really sad and I don't know why.
And some times i feel is i just ending it would be better:(
But i don't want to, so i just spiral in not a dark hole. what should
i do?

Excessive Excersize helps. But seriously you should talk to your school counselor. :D

Try to do happy things! :) Listen to some happy or just plain stupid music haha.

Listen to music try slleping or writing poems or songs about how you feel

write , draw , go out for a walk , take a long bath , listen to music , call a friend , watch a funny movie , read a book , keep yourself busy so u keep your mind off things and remember stay strong and if you need someone to talk too , im here :hug:
